Emma Jenkins is the Founder and CEO of IMPACT People and Culture, bringing over 17 years of expertise in HR, leadership, and organisational transformation.
Based on the South Coast of NSW, Emma is passionate about making a difference by providing tailored, high-impact HR solutions. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Executive Coaching and a Master’s in Human Resource Management with honours, complemented by several other qualifications in HR and education.
Emma has worked with clients across a range of industries including healthcare, resources, construction, and hospitality. Known for her authentic, client-centered approach, Emma excels at navigating complex HR challenges and fostering culture change that aligns with business goals.
With a focus on collaboration, kindness, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions, she empowers organisations to build strong, sustainable people strategies. Emma’s leadership style is built on a foundation of compassion and a commitment to excellence, which has made her a trusted partner for businesses seeking strategic HR support.
Fun Fact: Emma has four kidneys and would love a side hustle as an interior designer. She also finds inspiration in Denzel Washington’s speech, Fall Forward, which has shaped her personal and professional journey.
Tracey Mier is a Senior HR Consultant at IMPACT People and Culture, with over 20 years of experience in HR strategy, organisational design, and leadership development. Based in Melbourne, Tracey has partnered with organisations across industries such as higher education, life sciences, public service, and not-for-profits. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Monash University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, as well as a Professional Member of AHRI. Tracey specialises in developing people-focused HR strategies, implementing HRIS, and managing organisational change. Known for her collaborative and practical approach, she excels at balancing business needs with positive workplace cultures. Her international experience, including three years in the UK, has shaped her ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural environments.
Fun Fact: Tracey reads four newspapers daily and is a trivia champion when it comes to world events. She also considers herself a tennis coach in the making – despite having yet to master the sport!
Namrata Tripathi is an HR Consultant at IMPACT People and Culture, where she works closely with clients to deliver tailored HR solutions that drive organisational growth.
Based in Wollongong, NSW, she brings a unique blend of legal, marketing, and business operations experience to her role. Currently pursuing a Dual Master’s in Human Resource Management and Marketing, Namrata excels in analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and crafting inclusive HR strategies.
With a focus on communication and empathy, she is dedicated to building supportive workplaces where everyone can thrive. Her career journey spans various industries, from legal to retail, allowing her to offer a well-rounded perspective on HR challenges.
